Founded by JokerCollison in November of 2017, The Economy Realm was built with one purpose: to create a true-to-life society inside Minecraft. The concept began years earlier on Xbox One Edition, but with the launch of Realms on Bedrock, the vision came to life.
Backed by its founding team—JokerCollison, DrCodemaan, DrPorkchopps, and Supremacy Sniff—the realm quickly evolved into something much bigger than a game. It became a world shaped by players, bound by rules, and powered by a working economy.

Version 9 Update: May
A New Chapter Begins
Big changes are coming to The Economy Realm with the launch of Version 9!
Here’s what to expect:
🗺️ World Cleanup (Pruning):
To make room for future growth and improve performance, inactive or unused areas will be pruned. This helps keep the realm fresh and ready for new adventures.
🏠 Player Area Resets:
As per realm rules, all players who have not been active will have their areas reset. Make sure to log in and secure your spot before the update drops!
🌐 Brand New Website:
We’re launching a brand-new website designed to showcase realm history, player stats, live updates, and more. Easier to navigate, mobile-friendly, and built for the future.
💬 New Discord Server:
A fresh start means a new place to hang out! Our new Discord server will offer better role management, cleaner channels, and easier access to support, trading, and events.
This update sets the stage for what's next—and we’re just getting started.

In 2016, Minecraft took the stage at E3 to unveil a new era of multiplayer:
Minecraft Realms brought fast and easy cross-device gameplay to iOS, Android, Windows 10, and Gear VR—laying the foundation for what would soon come to console.
At that moment, Minecraft became more than just a game—it became a connected universe.
Then in 2017, Realms officially launched on Xbox, bringing private multiplayer servers to console players for the very first time.
That same year, The Economy Realm was born. What started as a simple idea quickly became something much larger—a living, breathing world driven by trading, land ownership, and community-driven growth.
While many realms have come and gone, The Economy Realm remains the oldest non-stop running economy-based realm in Minecraft Bedrock history.
