Panda City

Panda City was founded by Crazypanda in 2019, with plans to create a residential area on the outskirts of Emerald City. Development was never completed. Mercless and Mr. Mega Mango wanted this area to become what it was intended and started an ordinance of secession from Emerald City. Which passed on July 9th 2021. (Doc in Court records). Years past and the land was left vacate. Atlas became interested in expanding their city. On March 31st 2024 the land purchase  was completed and now is part of Atlas.
